All products supplied by Raves Trading LLC include, but are not limited to, industrial safety equipment, lifting & material handling equipment, MS & SS flanges and fittings, valves, gauges, welding consumables, electrical tools, non-sparking tools, hoses, abrasives, and general industrial consumables.

Products are sourced from approved manufacturers and suppliers and are supplied strictly in accordance with agreed specifications at the time of order.

Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, transportation, and customs charges unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Quotations are valid for a limited period and may be subject to change due to market conditions, supplier revisions, or material availability.

Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance and/or receipt of advance payment as agreed. Raves Trading LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel orders in case of non-compliance with payment terms.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to logistics constraints, site conditions, regulatory approvals, force majeure events, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

Raves Trading LLC shall not be held liable for project delays, downtime, or indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed delivery.

Inspection of goods must be carried out upon receipt. Any claims related to shortages, damages, or non-conformity must be notified in writing within a reasonable period.

Customized, project-specific, or special-order materials may not be eligible for return.

All products must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, applicable industry standards, and site safety regulations.

Raves Trading LLC shall not be responsible for failures arising from improper installation, misuse, modification, or use beyond rated capacities.

Ownership of goods remains with Raves Trading LLC until full payment is received.

All transactions and disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction subject to UAE courts.

Raves Trading LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
